New Students

New to yoga & meditation?

Taking the first step to trying anything new can be daunting and require courage. Kathrin's yoga classes are a great way to experience yoga for the first time. Kathrin's classes are supportive, encouraging and not competitive and you don't need to be flexible to do our classes. Our classes are very welcoming and supportive for the absolute beginner who has never done yoga or meditated before. Privates lessons are also a great way to get started in your practice and to taylored to your individual needs. Also, why not bring along a friend or family member for support so you can both enjoy the positive benefits of yoga & mediation.

What to wear and bring to class.

Wear lose comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Yoga is practiced bare foot so for the cooler months wear socks and warm clothes. For hygiene purposes please bring your own yoga mat and bath towel. Bring water and refrain from eating a large meal for about two hours before your class and please arrive ten minutes early. Also, for the comfort and consideration of other class members please turn off your mobile phone.
